Longkou Jinzheng Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Longkou City and was founded in 1986. Jinzheng Machinery was formerly known as Longkou Zhengzhuang Foundry Factory. In 2002, it set up a joint venture company - "Longkou Jinzheng Machinery Co., Ltd." with South Korean people.Now, Jinzheng Machinery has developed into a professional manufacturer and global supplier of automotive spare parts with 1500 workers, providing brake rotors, brake drums and brake disc for cars, Jeep, SUV, Heavy Trucks, Buses. The annual capacity of our brake rotors and brake drums are 7 million pieces and our products are supplied to worldwide markets, such as America, Canada, Europe, Korea, Japan and Singapore.With rich strength of technological equipment, Jinzheng Machinery has 4 auto casting and molding lines, 10 sets of 1T/H furnaces, 10 sets of 0.5T/H electric furnaces, two 10T/H furnace cupolas, four 5T/H furnace cupolas and 450 sets of advanced producing facilities, of which 280 sets are CNC machines and CNC centers for mold development. To ensure the inner quality of every casting part is strictly monitored and guaranteed, we have purchased physical and chemical measuring checkout equipment, including X-Ray direct-reading OBLF spectrometers from Germany, metallographic analyzers, automatic balancing machines, coordinate detector, infrared carbon & sulphur analyzers, coordinate detector, hardness testers, tensile strength testers and more. Our R&D Dept. has a professional team with expertise and many years' valuable experience. They provide a solid technical backup for product development and technology innovation.All Jinzheng's products are produced in our own foundries and manufacturing bases.
